Fire at Garib and Garib, again

A fire broke out for the third time at Garib & Garib Sweater Factory at Bhogra, Gazipur on Tuesday.While 21 labourers died in a fire at this factory in February, two persons died in another fire in August last year.
Four workers were injured this time.
The fire started at around 1 pm on the 3rd floor of the factory.
It took 2 hours for fire-fighters to bring the blaze under control.
The reason behind the fire could not be ascertained.
Abu Zahid, the factory’s linking operator told bdnews24.com that the fire suddenly started in the south side of the linking section and spread through the whole floor swiftly.
